Aseptic Tank is a fully automated aseptic tank is available as a
separate unit or as a component in UHT line solutions, with
guaranteed performance.
1. Used as liquid storage tank, liquid composing tank, temporary
storage tank and water storage tank etc.
2. Ideal in fields such as foods, dairy products, fruit juice
beverages , pharmacy, chemical industry and biological engineering
etc.

Aseptic tank features:
- Aseptic tank can offer a safe aseptic production environment, super
long equipment life.
- Tank shell and the two tank feet has accurate weighing module,
which can get accurate weight, which can control the production and
quality better.
- Aseptic cross valve and the filling end valve unit have steam
barrier protection, which can avoid the valve unit contamination,
and ensure the product free from contamination.
- The aseptic air system has the dust, water and odor removal
pre-filtering unit, and can ensure the air cleanliness. The
microbiology filter adopts two 0.03 micrometer filters in series
connection, which can ensure the aseptic air safety
- Steam system adopts the 2-micrometer stainless steel filtering net,
which can make the steam achiever sanitary requirement.
- Pressure sensor can control the pressure inside the tank accurately
and can ensure the subsequent filling equipment get uniform
pressure without fluctuation.
- The tank is equipped with top or bottom aseptic agitation.
